This Cowboy Caviar (aka Texas Caviar or Mississippi Caviar) is a classic summer side dish. Easy to prepare and full of flavor, it's a favorite choice for potlucks, barbecues, and get-togethers. Filled with black beans, black-eyed peas, tomatoes, corn, sweet peppers, avocado, green onion, and cilantro, and tossed with a lime and red wine vinegar dressing, we love serving this with tortilla chips or as a side with grilled chicken. 4th of July Dinner Recipes

This delicious Baked Brie with Pecans and Cherry Sauce has a brown sugar coating on the brie, roasted pecans, and a sweet cherry vanilla balsamic sauce that perfectly complements the brie. We use frozen cherries to make it a year-round treat. It is one of my favorite appetizers; we love serving it with baguette slices or crackers. It is perfect served on its own or as part of a larger charcuterie board; it is both beautiful and delicious! Here the brie is plated with the cherry sauce and pecans on top of the Brie wheel and on the sides of the plate. The background pictures pecans, crackers, cherries, and sliced baguettes.

This Easy Bacon Breakfast Casserole has a creamy, cheesy custard base and a topping filled with crisp, smoky bacon, mushrooms, and onion. Easy to assemble, it can be prepared just before serving or made ahead the night before. This casserole is a favorite for weekend brunches, breakfast for dinner, or holiday breakfasts. This Broccoli and Bacon Quiche is a breakfast favorite. The flaky crust, creamy custard, and bacon, broccoli, and cheddar cheese filling is rich, incredibly flavorful, and one of the best breakfast treats you can have. This is a perfect dish for a holiday brunch or a special weekend breakfast. This Apple Caramel Bundt Cake is one of our favorite Fall desserts. The cinnamon-spiced cake is packed with tender pieces of apples and crisp pecans, and drizzled with a rich, homemade caramel sauce. They are soft, sweet, slightly spiced cookies with pumpkin pie spice, and the cream cheese frosting adds that special, sweet, creamy finish. Soups

This Homemade Chicken and Dumpling soup is a flavorful, comforting soup, perfect for a rainy day or when sickness hits at home. The dumplings are like drop biscuits, they are easy to make and come together in a few minutes before cooking in the soup. My favorite thing about this soup is the delicious, thickened broth that results from the dumplings cooking in the soup. This has been a family favorite for years.
